Giuliano Laudani is a Lawyer from the Argentine Catholic University (2016), with a specialization in criminal law, at the same university (2019).
Professional Experience: he has been an associate of “Velasco, Durrieu & Asoc. S.C.” since 2017, specialized in business crimes cases. He worked as a law-clerk in various other law firms, such as: Freindenberg, Freindenberg & Lifsic and Severgnini, Robiola and Tombeur.
Then he served as a Special Advisor of the Presidency of the G.A.F.I. (Financial Action Task Force) and subsequently he took the position of a Special Adviser of the Secretary of Justice of the Nation.

Academic activity: After graduating, Giuliano was appointed Assistant Professor and Assigned in the courses of: Criminal Law General Part, Criminal Law Special Part, Criminal Procedure, Seminar of Professional Criminal Practice and General Theory of the Process; all of them at the “Universidad Católica Argentina”
He is a part-time Professor of Criminal Law & Legal Profession Courses at Argentine Catholic University (2011-2014), also, he has been a member of the conduct court (minutes prosecutor) and finally held the position of Secretary in the Federation of Students of the Argentine Catholic University (FEUCA) during 2013 and 2014.
He has organized, assisted and moderated several seminars, congresses and postgraduate courses, such as: “Transparency, Corruption and Good Governance Policies” Abat Oliva Ceu University, Barcelona, Spain (2017) and “New Economic Crimes and the Importance of Criminal Law to Fight It ”European Catholic University, Rome, Italy (2017).
