Professional experience:
Alfredo held various positions within the Judicial Power of the Nation. He has been Secretary of Instruction (1960 to 1965); subsequently Federal Prosecutor of Argentina (1966 to 1973), after which, he had to perform the functions of Judge of Instruction of the Nation (1970 to 1975). Later, he was elected Judge of the Criminal Chamber in the Criminal and Correctional Judicial Unit of San Isidro (1976 to 1978) to finally return to the Federal Capital’s justice as Judge of the Federal Chamber (1978 to 1984).
In addition, he was advisor of the National Treasury Office (1992-1995) and the Ministry of Public Health of the Nation (1995-1999). He has also been a legal advisor to the Argentine Bank Association (AdeBA) from 1958 until the 1960s; He has also been an external consultant for the General Tax Directorate (1993-1994) and Banco Financiero, then Banco de Crédito Argentino, now known as Banco Francés (1981-1984).

He has taught at numerous universities, standing out as a Professor at the Universidad Católica Argentina and the University of Buenos Aires (1964-Present), teaching General, Special and In-depth Criminal Law; Criminal Procedure Law and History of the Argentine Institutions.
Memberships: He is a full member of the Argentine Society of Criminology, the Catholic Lawyers Corporation, San Alfonso María de Ligorio and the Criminal Lawyers Society of Buenos Aires (1965-Present).
